Reserves Win at Wisbech St Mary

The Reserves won their first game of the season - winning 2-1 at Wisbech St Mary. Goals from Kai Duncan and Josh Lee secured the win and hopefully this is a platform to build on going forwards.

Saturday 13th October - AFC Sudbury and Non-League Day

The game against AFC Sudbury, postponed from this Saturday 6th October due to their involvement in the FA Cup has been rescheduled for Saturday 13th October. This is also ‘Non League Day’ and the club will offering ‘Pay what you want’ admission to the game.

We will also be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK (the official Non League Day Charity partner) on the day via collection buckets and the 50/50 proceeds.

This weekend's results

The first team went down 1-3 at home to Grays Athletic in the Buildbase FA Trophy Extra Preliminary Round.  A brace from Joao Carlos either side of halftime and one from Adeyinka Cole sealed the visitors win with Jack Ainsley scoring one for the Seasiders.   

The reserves went down 8-1 at Norwich CBS, the only goal for the visitors game from new signing Josh Lee.
