Seasiders launch Gold & Platinum Academy Partner programme
The Felixstowe & Walton United Football Club Academy continues to grow and will start its 4th full year in September. Pre-season has seen a number of Academy students progress into the senior squad.
Our academy operates as an SCL Education Centre providing full-time education and football development programmes for 16–18-year-olds to achieve an NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport & Physical Activity, facilitating progression to Apprenticeships, Employment, University & Playing semi-professional, or professional sport.
This is provided jointly by the club & SCL through football and education programmes, with an annual intake of up to 30 students.
We are now seeking Academy Partners to help with the funding and running costs of this important club asset. For an annual contribution, partners would have their corporate logos displayed on the Ground Entry Board, on a new and prominent Foyer Display, and on a dedicated page in the match day programmes.
GOLD PARTNER- £250. The annual cost for a “Gold” partner is £250, including all the benefits shown above.
PLATINUM PARTNER- £500. Alternatively, for an annual cost of £500 the status can be upgraded to “Platinum” and include 2 season tickets in addition to the aforementioned benefits.
Funding from the Academy Partner scheme will specifically go towards additional coaching, equipment and activities (Gym, pilates, day-trips).
If you would like to be a part of this important and exciting scheme, please contact our commercial team by close of business on 18 August. This will allow the displays etc to be in place before the start of the new term in September.
The Felixstowe & Walton Utd FC Academy is operated in conjunction with SCL Education who hold a direct contract with the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
ESFA is the government agency accountable for funding education and skills for children, young people, and adults.
