The Seasiders are delighted to announce a pre-season fixture against Ipswich Town on Saturday 1st July at the AGL Arena.

The newly promoted Championship Tractor Boys will be sending a full First Team squad. The match (1pm KO) will feature 2 x 30 minute periods, followed by a penalty competition to provide extra entertainment for supporters.  Turnstiles will open at 11am.

News of the fixture has generated huge interest and we have been inundated with queries regarding tickets, priority booking, sponsorship and mascots amongst many other things. We've put together the below information, including a comprehensive FAQ to hopefully answer as many questions as possible in one place. Please read thoroughly to see if your query has been answered below before contacting the football club directly.

TICKET NEWS-

This match will be 'All Ticket' with a capacity of 2,100. Update- This fixture is SOLD OUT. No further tickets will be issued and no admission on the day without a valid ticket.

U16 (must be accompanied) £2.

All tickets offer 'general ground admission'. Grandstand seating is unreserved and segregation will not be in place.

General Sale Frequently Asked Questions

What forms of payment do you accept? During the general sale period, tickets are available online using a debit or credit card or in-person at the clubhouse using cash or card.

Can I buy online? During the general sales period, tickets will be available online using the clubs Eventbrite ticketing system (small processing fee applicable), with e-tickets issued and scanned at the turnstile on matchday entry.

Do you offer discounts for students or disabled? Unfortunately not, although a carer can obtain a concession price ticket on request at time of purchase, if accompanying a disabled person. A limited number of wheelchair spaces in the stadium and blue badge car parking spaces are available to reserve at the time of ticket purchase, on a first come, first served basis.

Can we bring dogs into the ground? Whilst the AGL Arena is usually a dog-friendly venue, due to the expected capacity crowd and associated risks, dogs will not be permitted into the stadium for this match.

Can U16s attend without an adult? Our ground regulations state that all children should be supervised at all times by an adult. The Club must produce a risk assessment and safety plan for this match and due to the expected capacity crowd, no tickets will be sold to U16s (including during priority period to Junior players) unless an adult ticket is purchased at the same time. A maximum of 3 x U16 tickets can be purchased with each adult ticket. Please note- U16s must enter the stadium at the same time as the adult.

I've bought a ticket but I cannot now attend? Although tickets are non-refundable, a buyback scheme will operate if you have tickets that you are unable to use. If the club are able to re-sell the ticket/s you will receive the full ticket price in return.

Tickets must not be re-sold for more than the initial ticket price. Any tickets found to be abused in this way will be cancelled and the ticket holder will be refused entry. Tickets should only be purchased direct from Felixstowe & Walton United, do not respond to Facebook messages offering tickets as these are well known scams and the club will not be responsible for any losses incurred by those not buying through the correct method.

MASCOT PACKAGE

UPDATE- MASCOT PACKAGES ARE NOW FULLY BOOKED

A limited number of mascot packages are available to book on a first come, first served basis. The package costs £20 and includes entry to the match (Accompanying Adult ticket must be purchased at same time), a F&WUFC goody bag and a picture of yourself in the team line up to keep as a memento of the special day. You'll walk out with the teams at the start of the match and take a tour of the dressing rooms.

Mascot packages are initially only available to Junior players or children of senior players during the above priority match ticket period. Any remaining spaces will be released for general sale. A ballot will be held for a Junior Seasiders team to 'fly the flag' and line the players tunnel to welcome the teams onto the pitch.
