CLUB STATEMENT

Despite rumours and reports to the contrary, Felixstowe & Walton United can confirm that an agreement is in place for the first team manager Stuart Boardley and his assistant Andy Crump to continue in their current roles for the new season. Speculation was mounting due to other vacancies in local football and following the disappointment of missing out on the end of season playoffs. The club can confirm that a new off-field management structure for the club is close to being finalised, ready to be ratified at the clubs AGM, this new structure will be vital in continuing the progression the football club has made over the last decade, both on and off the field, and the retention of Stuart Boardley and Andy Crump is another crucial part of maintaining that progress. We have just witnessed the two most successful seasons in the club’s history, made possible by the dedication, determination and talents of Stuart and Andy and we are delighted to confirm their continued presence at the club. With plenty of positive announcements to be made over the next few months, we are confident that our supporters will continue to see improvements on and off the field.
